Editorial, affiliate and review policy
This page explains how we make our content and how we earn money, so you can decide how far to trust us.
Last updated: 2026-10-26
What gets a tool into the directory
- It is an active product with an official website and real users.
- It has a clear purpose and serves a specific job category.
- It has public pricing and terms.
- There are no signs of fraud, blatant copyright infringement or content prohibited by law.
We may remove a tool from the directory if the product shuts down, changes direction or has a serious safety problem.
How we write descriptions and blog posts
Information is compiled from official websites, pricing pages, developer documentation and other reliable public sources. Blog posts have a list of sources at the end. Every post shows the editor's name and the update date.
We do not invent personal experiences. If a post says "we tried it", that really happened; otherwise the post is based on public documentation and says so.
Using AI in our content process
We use AI tools to help find documents, write first drafts and translate into other languages. An editor reviews, edits and is responsible for the content that is published. Translations may not be perfect; please tell us if you spot a mistake.
Affiliate links
Some links to tools are affiliate links. If you sign up or buy through such a link, we may earn a commission, and the price you pay does not change. Affiliate links carry the rel="sponsored" attribute, and other outbound links carry nofollow.
Our commitments:
- Whether a tool has an affiliate program or not does not decide whether it is in the directory.
- The editorial badge and the "Editor's picks" order are not for sale and do not depend on commissions.
- When a post contains affiliate links, we say so clearly.
- Providers may not approve or edit review content before it is published.
Advertising
The site may display Google AdSense ads. Ads are kept separate from content and labeled as ads. We place at most one ad unit in each long article, and none on the home page, legal pages, the contact page, error pages or any page without full content. Editorial content is never changed to suit advertisers.
User reviews
Reviews are submitted anonymously by visitors and express their own opinions. We do not verify or endorse them. We remove reviews that contain links, advertising, spam, insults, personal information, or that were clearly written by a product's seller to boost it or to put down a competitor.
Logos and trademarks
Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the tools mentioned. Mentioning a name does not imply sponsorship or endorsement by the provider unless stated. Owners who want a logo removed can contact us through the Contact page.
